This full-time position operates within a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that you remain connected to the wider Winter Therapy team. While you will primarily work from home, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in our outpatient office located in Niagara Falls. Our hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, giving you a structured schedule to maintain an effective work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and specific needs, using established diagnostic tools and methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
