Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and challenges, developing individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions to support their mental health goals.

• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including referrals to community resources and additional mental health programs, when necessary.

• Facilitate supportive educational sessions for clients and their families, empowering them to understand and manage mental health concerns effectively.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field and implement best practices to enhance service delivery.

• Attend regular team meetings, contributing to discussions around client care and organizational improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Many clients will seek help for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be instrumental in guiding these individuals through their healing journey and ensuring they receive the support they need from community resources and additional programs like alcohol and sexual abuse treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of direct experience providing counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of mental health theories, individual differences, and treatment modalities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
