Local Massachusetts candidates only Title: IT Technical Support II Employment Type: Permanent Direct Hire (W2) Location : Marlborough, MA – first 2+ weeks onsite training M-F then hybrid Schedule: No on-call rotation or off-hours work Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 (paid hourly) Benefits: Medical insurance, 2 weeks PTO, and opportunity for overtime Hours: 2nd shift working 2pm-10pm EST (preferred) to support West Coast client. However, client open to core hours (9-5pm EST) for the right candidate Description: Join a growing IT services team where you’ll tackle challenging Level 2 support issues, work with modern Microsoft technologies, and collaborate with a close knit team that values ownership, learning, and career growth. Required Skills: Minimum 2 years experience in Help Desk, Technical Support or similar roles Remote Monitoring (RMM tools) : ManageEngine, Intune, ConnectWise, etc Ticketing Systems: ConnectWise, Jira, Zendesk, etc Networking: familiarity with DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, and related concepts Active Directory and Windows environment support CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certifications (highly preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Seaglass Technology Partners, LLC
