The Business Systems Analyst will work with the Global Project Manager and MIS to develop and maintain the ERP system. Will coordinate system modifications and may perform customization in house to ensure system is meeting business needs. Come and join us on this exciting journey to shape the future of connectivity! Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Collaborate with key members of global Senko affiliates to clarify and record workflow - Understand the current workflow and suggest improvements that can be achieved by utilizing NetSuite functions - Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions - Implement, document and test ERP system as required - Gather and document requirements and data for ERP reports in accordance with data governance policies - Perform required analysis and if necessary, recommend business intelligence and modeling solutions. - Participate and provide insight in discussions to decide key options to be used globally in the NetSuite - Answer questions from all departments and resolve issues when needed - Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings - Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.
