Our private practice is seeking someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and ready to jump in and help. You don't need to know everything on day one. What matters most is that you're a strong communicator, willing to learn, attentive to detail, and genuinely care about helping patients. Your day may include:
- Welcoming and checking in patients
- Registering new patients and updating information
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating referrals with dental and medical offices
- Helping keep the day's schedule running smoothly
- Entering and maintaining accurate patient information
- Collecting and posting patient payments
- Answering patient questions about office policies and procedures
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Supporting your teammates wherever needed
