Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of clients, encompassing their emotional, psychological, and social well-being.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote client growth and recovery.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Utilize teletherapy options to provide flexibility and access for clients facing scheduling or mobility challenges.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to adhere to ethical and legal standards while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients are diverse, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state licensure as a Mental Health Professional, including LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous compensation package, you will benefit from:
