Community Outreach & Care Access Coordinator

IRON Recovery and Wellness Center in New Jersey seeks a Client Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator to connect individuals with treatment and recovery resources. This full-time role focuses on building community relationships, engaging those hesitant about treatment, and removing barriers to care across Mercer and Ocean Counties. You will develop referral networks with hospitals, courts, primary care providers, law enforcement, and community organizations; conduct rural outreach; and support #J-18808-Ljbffr Abraxas Youth & Family Services
