What You'll Do:

• Resolve Level 1 HR inquiries received through phone, email, mail, fax, and walk-in channels, ensuring accurate and timely solutions.
• Support a designated area of HR, such as payroll, learning and development, or compensation, while maintaining working knowledge across all HR functions.
• Use established policies, procedures, case management tools, and knowledge resources to manage and resolve employee requests effectively.
• Support HR systems and processes while identifying opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and turnaround times.
• Complete required training and apply HR knowledge and skills on the job, escalating complex matters to the appropriate HR specialist when needed.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service, HR support, or a call center environment.
• 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office.

What Sets You Apart:

• Demonstrate the ability to analyze calls and know when to escalate issues.
• Familiarity with HR systems (such as Workday or HRIS), SharePoint, or other employee support platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze data effectively.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and delivering 'WOW' experiences.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism while demonstrating empathy and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple inquiries efficiently, and knowing when to escalate issues.

Additional Information:

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
• Willingness to support work hours ending at 7 PM ET on a rotating schedule.
