Job Description
- Recruiting Coordinator – Supports recruiters and hiring managers by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate travel, managing onboarding/background checks, and maintaining ATS/Workday records .
- Requires 1+ year of coordination/HR experience, strong communication, multitasking, and scheduling skills .
Preferred:
- Experience working in Microsoft Outlook, including calendar scheduling, is highly preferred.
- Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in interview schedules
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR
