Clinical Research Assistant

This position requires traveling to research participants' homes to collect specimens and data; therefore, a valid driver's license is required. Job Description Assist in support of clinical research studies focused on the biological mechanisms (circadian rhythms and gut-brain axis) that underlie the behavioral (and other) side effects of chemotherapy (e.g., fatigue, mood, cognitive impairment, diarrhea) in breast cancer patients. Assist with implementation and coordination of studies. Assist with regulatory documents. Participate in recruitment of study participants. Perform behavioral or diagnostic testing. Retrieve stool and blood samples. Perform biosample processing in our lab. Assist with collection maintenance & reporting of clinical research data. Minimum Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences, Health Sciences, or medical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 0 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check. A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
