Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to support our warehouse in Hanover, MA including shipping, inventory, pickups, returns, and production records. Key Responsibilities Review driver paperwork, update Detrack, and scan work orders to pick tickets Support order desk conversion Update same-day and returned branch transfers Manage order changes, including shipping, address, item, deletion, and reprint updates Organize pickup materials, notify customers, and follow up on pending pickups Monitor deliveries and inbound shipments for delays and unresolved issues Process inventory discrepancies, scan documentation, and complete follow-up Coordinate customer and service returns Process raw material purchase orders and receipts Provide backup support for production and administrative tasks Other tasks and responsibilities, as needed, in the warehouse Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred but not required Experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or a related operational support role preferred Comfort using business systems for data entry, document scanning, and transaction processing Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional communication and collaboration skills Buckley Associates is an Equal Opportunity Employer offering a generous package of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance, 401K with match, Profit Sharing and Paid Time Off.
