Responsibilities:
This position reports directly to the Human Resource Manager and is responsible with assisting the overall janitorial HR needs of Reliant Cleaning including (among others):
- Maintaining all Reliant opening job ads with HR Manager guidance.
- Scheduling/performing employment interviews as needed on a daily basis.
- Utilizing judgment and account knowledge to hire individuals to fulfill requested tasks.
- Performing extensive criminal backgrounds.
- Build employee personal data.
- Maintaining HR software
