Job Overview A law firm seeks a Compensation and Benefits Managing or Senior Associate in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience with tax-qualified retirement plans and health and welfare benefit plans. Additional experience in compensation and benefits is advantageous but not mandatory. Duties Advise clients on compensation and benefits matters. Collaborate with client teams to provide seamless counsel. Engage in proactive client communication and support. Requirements Membership to the State Bar where the candidate will be located. Strong oral and written communication skills. Logical reasoning and research capabilities. Organizational skills and high motivation. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Certifications State Bar membership. Skills Experience with tax-qualified retirement plans. Experience with health and welfare benefit plans. Strong communication and organizational skills.
