Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Unlimited Earning Potential

First-Year OTE: $90,000–$120,000+

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Local and some National Travel Required)

What You'll Do

As a Staffing Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for growing your own book of business while becoming a trusted workforce advisor to your clients. We will provide some leads for you as well.

Your responsibilities include:

• Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and social selling.
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings.
• Identify workforce challenges and recommend customized staffing solutions.
• Build lasting relationships with hiring managers, HR leaders, and executives.
• Negotiate staffing agreements and close new business opportunities.
• Partner closely with recruiters to ensure exceptional candidate delivery and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular client visits, follow-ups, and quality assurance meetings.
• Generate repeat business through outstanding customer service and relationship management.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Represent ATL Search Group professionally at networking events, business organizations, and community functions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales, business development experience or comes from a hospitality background.
• Friendly personality and a go getter attitude
• Proven success with cold calling and prospecting
• Staffing industry experience strongly preferred
• Experience selling B2B services is highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel locally to client sites and occasional travel throughout the U.S.
