HVAC Sales Consultant – Boston StandardBoston Standard is looking for an experienced HVAC Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, understand their comfort needs, and recommend the right HVAC solutions for their homes.This is a great opportunity for someone who knows the HVAC industry, is comfortable selling in the home, and knows how to build trust with customers.What You'll DoRun company-provided residential HVAC sales leadsMeet with homeowners and assess their HVAC needsRecommend replacement and upgrade options including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, mini splits, and central AC systemsPrepare and present estimates and financing optionsEducate customers and clearly explain equipment and system optionsFollow up with customers and maintain a strong sales pipelineAccurately document leads, estimates, follow-ups, and sold jobs in ServiceTitanWork closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth handoffMeet or exceed sales, revenue, and close-rate goalsWhat We're Looking ForHVAC or home services industry experience requiredResidential in-home sales experience strongly preferredStrong knowledge of HVAC equipment and replacement optionsServiceTitan experience requiredProven ability to close sales and meet revenue goalsComfortable discussing financing and presenting multiple optionsStrong communication and customer service skillsOrganized with excellent follow-upValid driver's licenseWhy Boston Standard?We provide the leads, a strong brand, and the support you need to be successful.
