Business Analyst and PCO

We are hiring for a Business Analyst and PCO . The role focuses on supporting large-scale transformation, technology, and business projects through business analysis, project coordination, governance, and reporting.

A strong fit will have 5 6+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, PCO, or Project Coordination experience across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.

• 5 6+ years of Business Analysis, PMO, PCO, or Project Coordination experience.
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation, technology, or business projects.
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Jira and Agile project tracking.
• Strong understanding of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project governance.
• Experience with project reporting, RAID management, and portfolio reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

What you'll do

• Support large-scale transformation, technology, and business projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables across stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and project reports.
• Track project progress using Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, and Agile tracking practices.
• Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures and project plans.
• Support project governance and portfolio reporting activities.
• Manage RAID items and provide visibility into project risks, actions, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare project updates and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project activities and deliverables remain aligned.
