Your expertise will play a pivotal role in assisting CPA firms in meeting their clients' tax extension filing requirements efficiently and accurately. Your in-depth understanding of tax regulations, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines will contribute to delivering exceptional service during this critical period. Please call our office View phone number on click.appcast.io for consideration.· Responsibilities:· Liaise with CPA firms to collect and organize client-provided financial documents and tax-related information for extension filing.· Review and validate client documentation, including income statements, expense reports, and relevant deductions.· Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of tax laws and codes to prepare accurate and compliant tax extension filings.· Ensure all necessary forms, schedules, and supporting documentation are properly completed and attached to the extensions.· Collaborate with the internal team and CPA firm contacts to address any inquiries or clarifications related to tax extensions.· Keep abreast of changes in tax laws, regulations, and extension filing requirements, and incorporate them into your work.· Maintain clear and organized records of all extension-related communications and documentation.· Work diligently to meet strict deadlines and ensure all extensions are submitted accurately and on time.· Provide proactive communication with CPA firms regarding the status of extension preparations and any potential issues.· Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct in handling client information.
