Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing our counselors to take advantage of our telehealth capabilities. You will engage with clients through video conferencing tools, creating a professional and comfortable environment for therapy. Our structure supports optimal work-life balance, ensuring that you maintain your mental well-being while providing care to others. Office hours are set from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend commitments, allowing you time to recharge and enjoy your personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, developing and maintaining therapeutic rapport while adhering to professional ethics and establishing boundaries.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to assess each client's psychological state and understand their unique challenges.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that cater to the specific needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Monitor client progress through regular sessions, documenting evaluations and updates in a timely manner.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide a continuum of care for clients, ensuring a holistic approach to their treatment.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to foster personal and professional growth, as well as to review clinical strategies.

• Contribute to the center's mission of growth by maintaining a dynamic and flexible approach to therapy and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Transformative Trauma Counseling Center, you will work with a mosaic of clients facing various mental health challenges including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. This role requires sensitivity and a strong therapeutic alliance to help clients navigate their recovery journeys and achieve meaningful outcomes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon is necessary.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting is required.
