As a remote work position, the Licensed Professional Counselor will enjoy the balance of working from home while being part of a collaborative team atmosphere. Our outpatient office in Gresham, Oregon, serves as a hub for community engagement and client therapy. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

The scope of work for the Licensed Professional Counselor includes:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Creating and implementing evidence-based therapeutic strategies tailored to each individual’s specific goals, including individual, couples, and group counseling sessions.

• Utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches, to effectively address client issues.

• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and recommendations for treatment adjustments.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records that adhere to all legal and ethical standards, actively engaging in clinical supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
