Together & Strong Counseling is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is essential in delivering quality mental health care to a diverse client population and will involve managing a varied caseload while fostering personal growth and stability for each client.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries, ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess therapeutic progress, discuss stability, and plan for discharge when appropriate.
\n
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focusing on each client's unique needs while regularly monitoring their effectiveness.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and progress notes for all clients in accordance with organizational standards.
\n
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent client information for treatment planning.
\n
• Provide individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Engage in individual supervision as a means of professional development and adherence to ethical clinical practices.
\n
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to facilitate continuity of care and support for clients.
\n
• Adopt a growth mindset in all aspects of work, embracing feedback and seeking opportunities for personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Our practice values inclusivity and aims to provide culturally competent care that addresses the unique needs of each client, including those from underrepresented groups such as LGBTQIA+ individuals and various ethnic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation is essential.
\n
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient mental health setting post-graduation.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for client management, including comfort with Outlook, Excel, RMS systems, and PIMSY.
\n
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families is preferred.
\n
• Ability to conduct intake assessments and formulate relevant treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants with additional certifications or specialized training in family therapy, trauma-informed care, or cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive annual salaries ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, based on experience and qualifications. Our unique Fee-for-Service model allows clinicians to earn their income based on the services provided, with guaranteed rates that ensure no waiting time for reimbursements.
