FULL-TIME MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Type: Full Time Job Location: Kitty Hawk This position is an integral part of the services our company offers to guests and homeowners. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues, and supporting team coordination to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations Ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues Coordinate team efforts to deliver exceptional service Qualifications Strong customer service skills, including listening, interpreting needs, and communicating clearly verbally and in writing with guests, homeowners, and team members Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of home repair to assist in troubleshooting and guiding maintenance solutions Proficiency with multiple software platforms; prior experience with property management software is a plus Weekend availability is required Benefits Cost-share health insurance Paid vacation/sick leave IRA retirement plan #J-18808-Ljbffr Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce
