Best of all, you will have a fully staffed, dedicated department head team ready for an inspiring leader to take them across the finish line.The Role: Lead with ImpactDrive Lease-Up Momentum: Partner closely with sales leadership and community teams to hit occupancy and NOI targets while keeping operations orderly and stable.Lead from the Front: Actively engage with department heads, mentor staff, and serve as a visible advocate for residents and families.Champion Comprehensive Care: Support specialized memory care programming and forward-thinking resident partnerships designed to reduce hospitalizations and allow seniors to age in place.What It Takes to Lead HereThe Background: Proven executive leadership in senior living, with strong experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care environments.
