About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Controller to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, and compliance. The role includes preparing detailed financial statements and disclosures, overseeing regulatory filings, and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting and reporting standards. The successful candidate will strengthen internal controls over financial reporting and provide technical accounting expertise across complex transactions, including revenue recognition, lease accounting, and mergers and acquisitions. They will also work closely with finance and accounting professionals to support accurate, reliable financial processes. Candidates must hold a CPA and have at least 12 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally combining public and private accounting. Required expertise includes U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the preparation of annual and quarterly filings. Strong knowledge of complex technical accounting matters and experience designing and maintaining internal controls are essential. Familiarity with ERP and general ledger systems, reconciliation software, and regulatory reporting tools is preferred.
