Target Salary: $40K per year + depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate office operations, building maintenance, vendors, and facility services to keep the workplace running efficiently.

• Welcome visitors, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and support day-to-day administrative functions.

• Assist with vendor records, insurance certificate tracking, employee programs, fleet coordination, and special projects.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years of office administration, office management, or similar experience.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with administrative systems or ERP software. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
