Job Title: Technical Sourcer 6 Months Contract to Hire Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite) Pay rate - $30/hr Duties and Responsibilities Job Overview Experience in Entertainment Industry is a Huge Plus Responsibilities Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, our client, and alternative search techniques Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine alignment to open positions Collaborate with recruiters to improve recruiting processes and recruiting efficiency. Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via our client, Facebook, and alternative search techniques). Job Requirements Desire to Work ona career in Talent Acquisition. Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks. Great verbal and written communication skill, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to details).
