The role: As the GTM Recruiter, you'll be responsible to scale our go-to-market (GTM) organization, with a primary focus on working closely with Sales Leadership and the broader Recruiting team to build and hire high-performing sales team members. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting functions, from top‑of‑funnel sourcing through offer and close, while managing multiple searches in parallel across several offices. Responsibilities: Proactively source Account Executives, Sales Managers, and Channel Managers to build and maintain strong hiring pipelines Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and closing Manage multiple GTM roles simultaneously in a fast-moving, high-growth environment Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and hiring timelines Manage and maintain accurate candidate data and workflows within the ATS Support hiring across multiple locations, including the San Francisco Bay Area, Utah, Arizona, and New York Continuously improve recruiting processes, candidate experience, and pipeline health Skills and qualifications: Comfortable operating in a high-paced environment with clear performance expectations Proven ability to close at least two hires per month consistently Comfortable carrying and delivering against a quarterly hiring quota Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills Prior experience recruiting GTM roles (Sales, Channel, Customer-facing teams) is a plus What we offer: Competitive compensation package ($100,000 – $140,000, which includes base salary + variable compensation with uncapped commission) 100% Employer-paid medical, dental, vision, and base life insurance Flexible paid time off and 10 paid holidays 401(k) with both Traditional and Roth options Early-stage equity in a rapidly growing company Referral bonuses Daily team breakfast and dinner, and regular team off-sites Free onsite EV charging The latest Apple products and unlimited tech stack (Claude Cowork, Perplexity Computer, Nooks, Clay, Instantly, etc.) We're on a mission to transform a $50B+ legacy industry by bringing the power of cutting‑edge multimodal LLMs and computer vision to real‑world security and operations.
