Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team at Monroe Springs Rehab and Nursing Center. As a Scheduler, you will play a critical role in maintaining the daily posting of nursing staff hours and census, inputting staff vacation requests, and creating and posting the schedule on a Bi Weekly basis. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the daily posting of nursing staff hours and census

• Input staff vacation requests and ensure accurate scheduling

• Create and post the schedule on a semi-monthly basis

• Coordinate with nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and rotations

• Communicate effectively with staff, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations

• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in staffing or scheduling preferred

• Must be CNA Certified

• Excellent organization and coordination skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

• High school diploma or equivalent required
