Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic services. You will provide both individual and couples counseling, focusing on significant family issues, and your daily tasks will involve:

• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans for a diverse clientele.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, addressing complex issues such as family strife, communication difficulties, and conflicts.

• Providing support to clients dealing with bereavement, substance abuse, divorce, and adjustment challenges.

• Tracking client progress and adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Utilizing telemedicine to expand accessibility for clients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from different cultural backgrounds, as well as couples in various stages of their relationships. You will address issues such as:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our organization offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
