Our relentless drive for excellence has extended into a variety of new dispensing systems, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve and continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project timelines and budgets, and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to support multiple projects simultaneously, and play a key role in driving efficiency and alignment across the organization. This position is fully onsite in Vacaville, CA.Main Responsibilities:Lead the planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects from initiation through completion.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones and deliverables, and resource requirements using established project management tools.Lead project teams, assign tasks, manage performance and ensure effective use of resources.Facilitate regular project meetings to gather updates, ensure alignment, and communicate next steps.Manage project documentation, ensuring all plans, reports, and supporting materials are accurate and up to date.Prepare and deliver project status reports, including timelines, risks, action items, and budget summaries.Coordinate cross-functional communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.Support budget tracking and cost monitoring activities in partnership with Finance and Accounting team.Ensure projects follow internal processes, compliance requirements, and company standards.Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and strengthen project management practices.Oversee final delivery, documentation, and post-project review.Ensure proper handoff to production/operational teams.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of project management or project coordination experience within an engineering, manufacturing, and/or technical product environment.PMP certification preferred; equivalent project management training or experience considered.Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including timelines, sequencing, dependencies, and risk identification.Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, scheduling software, or workflow management systems.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Retirement savings plan.Paid time off and holidays.Physical & Mental Requirements:Ability to work in a lab, manufacturing, or office environment.Usually minimal lifting (up to 10-20 lbs), such as carrying office supplies, laptops, or files.Strong attention to detail and focus for prolonged periods.Ability to travel occasionally for on-site support or vendor collaboration.Work Environment:Standard office, lab, and manufacturing settings.Exposure to mechanical and electrical equipment.Safety protocols must be followed when working with high-voltage components or machinery.California Employment Compliance:This position complies with all applicable California labor laws, including wage and hour laws, anti-discrimination protections, and workplace safety requirements.Employees in California are entitled to meal and rest breaks as mandated by state law.This role complies with the California Fair Pay Act, ensuring equal pay for substantially similar work.Reasonable accommodations will be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities as required under the California Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA).All personal employee data is handled in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
