The Legal Training Consultant is responsible for providing education and support, building preference, and driving usage of our solutions. You will retain and grow revenue within assigned accounts and/or territory. You will build solid relationships within accounts, understand customer needs, provide high-quality consultation and lead generation. This role involves assisting legal professionals with use of LexisNexis research tools, providing legal research assistance, and partnering with sales to grow revenue for the Business.ResponsibilitiesProviding consultative services to legal customers and prospects through proactive outreach to ensure maximized use and understanding of LexisNexis productsCommunicating credibly with customers to understand their challenges and provide guidance, education and consultation to help improvementReaching out to customers via phone and email to uncover training and product needsDelivering specialized customer presentations and trainings, communicating our value propositions, and highlighting competitor differentiators to retain and drive revenueCollaborating with internal partners to drive preference and develop strategic account plansPartnering with sales to provide product demonstrations for prospective and current customers to grow revenue for the businessIdentifying and sharing upsell leads and opportunities with sales partnersRequirementsHave a Juris Doctor, or comparable experience in a paralegal roleDisplay excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess comfortability with delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environmentDemonstrate excellent proven sales and/or training experienceHave legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis toolsBe able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams with different functionsHave the ability to build solid relationships internally and externallyWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
