Special Education Teacher (Resource – Elementary)
Gaffney, SC
Full-Time | $35-$45/Hour
2026-2027 School Year

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time Resource position in Gaffney, SC for the 2026-2027 school year. This role will support elementary students through a combination of push-in and pull-out services while collaborating closely with classroom teachers and support staff.

Position Details:
• Full-time position
• 2026-2027 school year
• Pay: $35-$45/hour
• Elementary caseload
• Resource classroom setting
• Push-in and pull-out support model

Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized instruction in reading, math, and other core academic areas
• Develop and implement individualized instruction aligned with student IEP goals
• Support students in general education classrooms through co-teaching, consultation, and accommodations
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers to support student success

Qualifications:
• Active or pending South Carolina Special Education certification required
• Experience in a resource or inclusion setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance
• Ability to support elementary-aged students with diverse learning needs
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
