Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time role extends throughout the 2026–2027 academic year, providing essential resource support within both push-in and pull-out settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and academic interventions in reading, math, and other core subjects aligned with IEP goals
• Support students in general education classrooms through co-teaching models and consultation with staff
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, special education professionals, and support staff to promote student growth
• Monitor student progress consistently and maintain accurate data and documentation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements
• Develop positive rapport with students while fostering independence, academic success, and behavioral growth

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid or pending South Carolina Special Education teaching certification
• Prior experience in resource or inclusion settings highly valued
• Strong instructional, collaboration, and communication skills
• Competence supporting diverse learners both academically and behaviorally
