Accounts Payable Clerk

salary: $23 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Tally amounts owed by the company to vendors, suppliers, or other organizations and individuals while gathering purchase orders, charge slips, and sales tickets to verify transactions.

• Process high volumes of invoices and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.

• Reconcile vendor statements and prepare and maintain all payment and transaction records.

• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries and resolve any billing discrepancies.

• Ensure all accounts payable activities follow compliance standards, company policies, and procedures.
