We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions and help provide a friendly, efficient, and professional experience. This role assists customers with general questions, provides information about company products and services, and supports the customer service team with follow-up and administrative tasks.

The Customer Service Assistant will work directly with customers while helping keep communications and service activities organized. This position is well suited for someone who is approachable, dependable, and enjoys helping people.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general questions and routine service needs
  
• Provide accurate information about products, services, programs, and current offerings
  
• Help customers understand available options and resources
  
• Respond to routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  
• Direct questions requiring additional assistance to the appropriate team member
  
• Assist with basic customer requests and follow-up activities
  
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and requests
  
• Update customer information and internal documentation as needed
  
• Help track outstanding questions and follow-up items
  
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and basic procedures
  
• Prepare informational materials and customer resources when needed
  
• Gather customer comments and communicate relevant feedback to the team
  
• Support customer-facing programs and activities
  
• Coordinate with other team members to help address customer needs
  
• Follow established service procedures and communication standards
  
• Provide general administrative support to customer service activities
  
• Assist with additional customer-focused projects as needed
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Friendly and professional interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organization and attention to detail
  
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers
  
• Good listening and basic problem-solving abilities
  
• Dependable with consistent follow-through
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  
• Comfortable learning new products, services, and procedures
  
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, client services, or another customer-facing environment is preferred
