Key Responsibilities Customer InteractionAnswer incoming calls in a professional manner. Provide assistance, information, and exceptional customer service. Lead ConversionEngage with customers to understand their needs. Answer questions and recommend appropriate services. Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments. SchedulingSchedule appointments and coordinate with service professionals. Ensure timely and efficient project completion. Customer Follow-UpConfirm appointments. Gather customer feedback. Address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction. Record KeepingMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and service requests within our CRM system. Team CollaborationWork closely with team members to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently. Qualifications Communication SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Professional and friendly phone manner. Technical ProficiencyExperience with Microsoft Office.Familiarity with CRM software preferred.
