About The Company Founded over 65 years ago, they have expanded their footprint to encompass RI, CT, and MA They service companies in varied industries including biotech, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality This position works with the accounting group but also is front-facing, allowing interaction with all departments Responsibilities Of The Accounting Assistant Process accounts payable invoices Forward information to proper parties for AP approval Act as receptionist including answering incoming calls, sorting mail, and assisting visitors Ensure availability of office supplies and ordering items when necessaryCreate ad hoc reports for construction staff Background Expected Of The Accounting Assistant 1+ year(s) of experience in an office environment Associate degree in accounting or business is a plus but not required Familiarity with Microsoft Office Products $21-26/hr #INSEP2026 #J-18808-Ljbffr
