Drive engagement, education, and procedures of various technology programs and initiatives Ensure documents and forms are updated or managed, related to Inflight Technology systems Supports tasks and delivery of items submitted through tech requests, system access adjustments, or other forms related to the Innovation and Delivery team Serves as go-to person for content updates Serves as a subject matter expert for workflows and support for power platforms Track monthly metrics used to brief leaders and make data-driven decisions All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training 3+ years of relevant experience Skills, Licenses & Certifications Exceptional consensus building, leadership, and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a high volume, operationally driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and spoken presentation Understanding and knowledge of mobile solutions Effective organizational, project planning, and management skills Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with sound judgment Ability to be customer service-oriented and develop positive working relationships with external service providers as well as internal constituents Ability to work collaboratively with others to bring forward new ideas which increase efficiency, ensure adequate device inventory levels and policy compliance Ability to handle multiple assignments, complete projects on time and perform under pressure and respond to changing priorities What you'll get Feel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer: Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
