Director of Workday Systems

Leading a team of approximately 10 HRIT professionals, the full-time remote Director of Workday Systems will oversee the strategic direction and operational support of the Workday HCM platform, including managing integrations and developing a roadmap to align with business needs. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations and strategic direction of Workday and its integrations to support HR, IT, and Finance program deliverables Build and own the Workday roadmap and governance structure to prioritize platform alignment with business demands Lead complex, cross-functional HRIT projects from scoping through delivery while maintaining strong relationships with HR and partner team leaders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 10+ years of HRIS experience with deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, and program delivery Experience managing and developing Workday teams Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and Finance on platform strategy Strong understanding of platform governance, data integrity, and change management in a complex global organization
