What You'll Do

As a Pre-Sales Phone Agent , you'll be the first point of contact for customers interested in learning more about our industry-leading vehicle protection plans. Your positive attitude and communication skills will help create exceptional customer experience from the very first conversation.

In this role, you will:

• Connect with customers from across the country
• Build rapport through friendly, engaging conversations
• Ask qualifying questions and verify customer information
• Introduce customers to our vehicle protection solutions
• Seamlessly connect qualified customers with a Sales Representative
• Help create an outstanding customer experience every step of the way

No cold selling—your role is to qualify interested customers and set them up for success.

What You'll Earn

• Starting pay of $17.50/hour
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Typical earnings equivalent to $20.00–$26.25+ per hour
• Annual performance and compensation reviews with opportunities for increases

Schedule

Full-Time

• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Choose from:
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Overtime opportunities available
