Title: Technical Recruiter Industry: Tech Location: Foster City, CA Duration: ~6 Months Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruiting process with an emphasis on strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy Source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit Facilitate interview and hiring decision‑making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, and HR teams Requirements Bachelor's Degree with 8 to 10 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and behavioral fit Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies within the industry Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques Skills Technical Recruiting Full-Cycle Recruiting Candidate Sourcing Interview Facilitation Offer Management Technical Aptitude Evaluation Consultative Skills Interpersonal Skills ATS Proficiency Industry Knowledge Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius. #J-18808-Ljbffr
