The Role We're hiring our first in‑house recruiter — and we're looking for someone who's done this before. Not just filled roles, but helped build the engine: sourcing strategy, interview infrastructure, candidate experience, hiring‑manager partnerships — from scratch, at a company where every hire materially shapes what we become. Technical hiring is where we need you most. Our engineering and product teams are growing, the competition for this talent is real, and we need someone who knows how to find, engage, and close exceptional technical candidates — especially the ones who aren't looking. You'll report to the Head of People & Talent and operate as a true thought partner on how we build the team. You'll have real ownership over execution and process‑building, with the support and strategic context to do it well.
