$13 - $16 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions with a personal touch.
• Handle guest payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
• Proactively address and resolve guest concerns, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel.
• Keep detailed records of guest interactions and transactions to ensure consistency and quality service.
• Assist in coordinating guest requests and special arrangements, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention to detail.
