Work Environment

At our onsite rehabilitation center, you will work alongside a team of skilled clinicians and healthcare professionals dedicated to a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized one-on-one patient care in our outpatient setting, maintaining a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour to ensure focused and effective treatment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques and modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, to promote optimal recovery outcomes.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to coordinate comprehensive care strategies for our patients.
• Educate patients and their families about at-home therapeutic exercises and lifestyle modifications to foster long-term health benefits.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a varied patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with patients ranging from young athletes to older adults, each requiring tailored interventions to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (a Master's or Doctorate is preferred).
• A current California Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one within the probationary period.
