Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of the Investigations Manager of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Investigations Unit, the incumbent performs varied and complex technical analytical work and provides consultative services to management and others. This position requires a high degree of professionalism and analytical skills as it involves sensitive and specialized investigations and access to classified information on management’s positions regarding employer-employee relations.

Travel is required. Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record to conduct investigations

• Ability to provide customer service to internal and external entities.
• Ability to interpret laws and policies.
• Ability to write highly technical reports and correspondence.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite software programs.

• Ability to multi-task and conduct multiple concurrent investigations.
