Payroll Specialist – Benefits & Compensation $20.00–$25.00 per hour Full-time, hourly, onsite position Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance 401(k) with company match and paid time off Employee discount and opportunities for career growth Payroll Specialist – Responsibilities Process full-cycle payroll accurately and on time for 80–100+ employees Audit payroll data, deductions, taxes, and employee changes for accuracy and compliance Process bonuses, commissions, off-cycle payroll, and payroll adjustments Maintain payroll records and assist with reporting, audits, and year-end activities Partner with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll issues and support employee changes Payroll Specialist – Requirements 2–4 years of payroll experience with full-cycle payroll responsibility Experience processing payroll for 80–100+ employees Knowledge of payroll laws, taxes, FLSA, and payroll compliance Experience with payroll/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
