Manager, Sales Development - Commercial

Manager of Sales Development – Commercial Responsibilities Lead and manage a high-performance team of SDRs and drive business growth. Act as a conduit for Senior Leadership and execute strategy and direction through the team. Work closely with SDR Managers to build training programs and productive go‑to‑market initiatives. Provide and manage demand generation forecast for the team. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel partners to implement blitzes, contests, and go‑to‑market initiatives. Key Skills Proven track record of delivering measurable results. Knowledge of onboarding and enablement activities for SDRs. Deep knowledge of software/service ecosystems and competitive environments. Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems. Strong coaching and leadership skills. Strong presentation skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of previous SDR management and Sales Management experience. Strong track record of success in leading SDR teams. Strong track record of driving results through SDR or sales teams. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of successful individual contributions in sales development, sales, channel sales, or channel development roles.
