Production Worker

Pay: $16/hr
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051

We are hiring Production Workers for a hands-on manufacturing environment. This position involves assembling, testing, wiring, fabricating, and packaging electrical and mechanical components used in industrial equipment.

Job Duties:

• Assemble electrical and mechanical components, control panels, wiring, and subassemblies
• Perform basic electrical wiring, cable/harness assembly, and mechanical assembly
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Read and follow drawings, schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
• Use RF scanners for inventory and production
• Assist with material handling, inventory, packaging, and equipment assembly
• Perform quality checks, testing, inspections, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work in different production departments as needed after training

Requirements:

• Will need to take and pass a tape measure test
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass E-Verify
• Must pass a drug test
• Must be able to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but training may be available

There may be opportunities to advance into electrical controls, electro-mechanical assembly, sheet metal fabrication/welding, or equipment integration.
