Public Sector Real Estate Counsel - Boston

Greystone is a private national commercial real estate finance company with a reputation as a leader in multifamily and healthcare lending. We are seeking a Real Estate Counsel for our Boston team serving MBTA and MassDOT. The attorney will draft and negotiate leases, licenses, easements, deeds and development agreements, ensure public procurement compliance, coordinate closings, and perform legal research. Strong communication and public-sector experience are valued.
