Shopify e-Commerce Coordinator

Role Description

Are you a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for e-commerce and a love for sports and collectibles? Players Pins, a rapidly growing sports collectibles brand, is seeking a dedicated Shopify e-Commerce Coordinator to manage and optimize our online store. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers, driving online sales, and contributing to the overall digital growth of our unique, patent-pending collectible sports pins.

This role will report directly to the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Players Pins Shopify store, including product listings, inventory management, pricing updates, and promotions.
• Ensure accurate and engaging product descriptions, high-quality images, and proper categorization for all products.
• Process and fulfill online orders efficiently, coordinating with shipping partners and managing customer communication regarding order status.
• Provide excellent customer service for online inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, products, and website functionality.
• Monitor website performance, identifying opportunities for improvement in user experience, conversion rates, and SEO.
• Implement and manage e-commerce marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, discount codes, and abandoned cart recovery.
• Track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing sales and operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated online campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, e-commerce trends, and best practices to enhance our online presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, e-Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing an e-commerce platform, with specific proficiency in Shopify.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, online sales funnels, and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Shopify's backend, apps, and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments is a plus.
• A genuine passion for sports, collectibles, pop culture, or fashion.

Requirements

• Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Players Pins is a small company that has revamped the tired sport pins of the past with a new patent pending collectible product. The company was founded in San Diego in 2022.

• Clients include 60+ professional sports: San Diego Padres, Texas Rangers, Chicago Cubs, Chicago Bulls, Cincinnati Reds, Anaheim Ducks, Vancouver Canucks, Vegas Golden Knights, Brooklyn Nets, NY Mets, Dallas Mavericks, LA Kings, Sacramento Kings, and many more.
• Currently holds the NBA, NBPA, CLC licenses.
