Director, Strategic Accounts and Sales Operations - Abbott Nutrition
Abbott
Abbott Nutrition seeks a Director to lead strategic accounts and sales operations for the Pediatric Nutrition Business Unit in Columbus, Ohio. The role involves directing cross-functional teams managing national hospital system relationships, sales analytics, and operational strategy for a 300+ person sales organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic accounts team managing relationships with national and multi-regional hospital systems
- Direct sales analytics, operations teams, and monthly reporting using sales tracking systems
- Develop and execute sales force geographical alignments and bonus plan administration
- Translate business insights into sales strategy and field priorities for frontline teams
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional strategy execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years sales experience and 3 years leadership experience
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Demonstrated success analyzing complex data and communicating insights to executives
- Excellent presentation and strategic communication skills
- Proven talent recruitment, coaching, and development track record
- Strong work ethic with results-driven orientation
